Zusammenfassung
Eine Gewebeischämie führt abhängig von ihrer Dauer zu hypoxischen Zellschäden. Sind Endothelzellen betroffen, führt dies zu Kapillarschäden der terminalen Gefäßstrombahn. Nach Wiederherstellung der Gewebedurchblutung entwickelt sich zumeist ein postischämisches Ödem. Dieses Ödem führt zu MikroZirkulationsstörungen und damit zu irreversiblen Gewebeschäden [10].
