Zusammenfassung

Operative Eingriffe an Patienten mit Erkrankungen des neuromuskulären Systems stellen im anästhesiologischen Routinebetrieb ein relativ seltenes Ereignis dar. Gerade deshalb ist es schwierig, ausreichende persönliche Erfahrungen in der Narkoseführung und perioperativen Betreuung dieser Patienten zu gewinnen. Dabei ist das Schicksal dieser Patienten in hohem Maß von den Kenntnissen des Anästhesisten und dessen Geschick abhängig.
