Zusammenfassung
Bei den Hautoberflächenlipiden handelt es sich um ein Gemisch von Talgdrüsenlipiden und epidermalen Lipiden. Der Anteil dieser beiden Komponenten ist von Körperstelle zu Körperstelle und Proband zu Proband unterschiedlich und hängt einerseits von der Talgsekretion und andererseits vom epidermalen Zellumsatz ab. Außerdem bewirken die Propionibakterien in den Talgdrüseninfundibula durch eine teilweise Aufspaltung der Triglyceride des Talgdrüsensekretes und die Staphylokokken der Hautoberfläche durch eine teilweise Veresterung des epidermalen Cholesterins mit freien Fettsäuren eine sekundäre Veränderung der Lipide.
