Abstract

Some of the material that has been presented is new, some other material has been included so as to make the book coherent and self-contained. Our specific research contributions are summarized in Section 15.2. But first we make some general remarks in 15.1, drawing together the results from the different topics that were discussed. Some ideas for future research are presented in 15.3.
