Zusammenfassung
Die kognitiven Störungen stehen im Mittelpunkt der klinischen Alzheimer Diagnostik (WHO 1987). Aus diesem Blickwinkel werden nicht-kognitive Auffälligkeiten, z. B. depressive Störungen, Unruhezustände und aggressives Verhalten, bei den Patienten mit AD in der ärztlichen Untersuchung wie auch in der Behandlung zuwenig beachtet.
