Zusammenfassung
Die Kaskade pathophysiologisch relevanter Vorgänge, welche bei der akuten Pankreatitis zu einer Zerstörung des Organs bis hin zur hämorrhagischen Nekrose führen, sird noch immer weitestgehend unklar. Als ein pathogenetisch relevanter Faktor wurden Mikrozirkulationsstörungen charakterisiert [3, 4, 5, 7]. In experimentellen Untersuchungen konnte bei durch einen hämorrhagischen Schock induzierten Mikrozirkulationsstörungen durch eine therapeutische Small-Volume Resuscitation (SVR), d. h. durch die Gabe eines kleinen Volumens einer stark hypertonen Kochsalzlösung, eine adäquate Reperfusion des Pankreas erzielt werden [8].
