Zusammenfassung
Das Gerinnungssystem muß klinisch immer unter 2 Gesichtspunkten evaluiert werden. Zum einen besteht die Frage, ob in der gegebenen klinischen Situation das vorhandene prokoagulatorische Potential in seiner Gesamtheit und in seinen einzelnen Komponenten ausreicht und in genügendem Maße aktivierbar ist; zum anderen sollte auf der Seite der Inhibitoren ein in Potential und Aktivierbarkeit ausreichendes Gegengewicht bestehen. Diese Einschätzung kann sich auf Menge und Umsatz der plasmatischen Gerinnungsfaktoren und -inhibitoren sowie auf die am Gerinnungsvorgang beteiligten Zellen, deren Sekretionsprodukte und Rezeptoren — und damit deren Interaktionsvermögen — stützen.
