Entwicklung eines Planungsmodells zur Bestimmung umweltorientierter Investitionsprogramme

Zusammenfassung

Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird ein Planungsmodell zur umweltorientierten Investitionsprogrammplanung vorgestellt. Ziel des Modells ist eine ökonomisch wie ökologisch effiziente Allokation von Investitionen in Produktions- und Emissionsminderungstechnologien. Auf Grundlage einer aktivitätsanalytischen Modellierung des zugrundeliegenden Produktionssystems wird der Barkapitalwert von Zahlungen, welche mit Produktionsanlagen und Stoffströmen verbunden sind, unter Einhaltung vorgegebener Emissionsgrenzwerte und Produktionsmengen durch die Auswahl geeigneter Investitionsprogramme maximiert. Anwendungsbereiche des Modells ergeben sich beispielsweise bei der Investitionsplanung im Bereich der Prozeßindustrie.

Summary

In this paper a model for environmentally oriented capital program budgeting is characterised. The model aims to allocate investments in production and emission reduction technologies in both an economical and ecological efficient manner. Based on an activity analytical model of the investigated production system, the net present value of payments related to the production system and connected material and energy flows is maximised, subject to emission limit values and given production requirements, by the selection of optimal capital programs. The model can be applied to capital budgeting in process industry.
