Zusammenfassung

Der Latissimus-dorsi-Hautmuskelinsellappen hat sich als sicheres operatives Verfahren in der gynäkologischen Chirurgie und in operativen Brustzentren etabliert. Sind groβere Haut`und Volumendefekte im Be-reich der Thoraxwand zu decken, werden nach wie vor die klassischen Hautschnittmuster am Rücken mit verbleibender langer Narbe erforder-lich [13, 16]. Die Vermeidung unschoner sichtbarer und langer Narben ist Ziel jeder innovativen rekonstruktiven Maβnahme, weshalb verstärkt Anstrengungen unternommen werden, den Latissimus-dorsi-Muskel endoskopisch assistiert von einem axillären Zugang herauszulösen.
