Abstract

One of the main tasks of artificial psychology (AP), a branch of artificial intelligence, is constructing objective functions of human preferences. These objective functions are needed in computer implementations of AP.

In this paper, we construct an AP objective function for fashion fitting from interviewing experts. We apply the quantification theory and the theory of fuzzy sets to represent qualitative characteristics by numerical variables. A user-friendly interface to the corresponding computer system is implemented in Visual Basic and Access database.
