Zusammenfassung

Beckenpseudarthrosen oder klinisch relevante post-traumatische Fehlstellungen sind selten und werden heutzutage durch eine effiziente Primärversorgung weitestgehend minimiert. Dennoch kann es auch bei optimaler Versorgung zu solchen Problemen kommen [8, 10]. Tile gibt an, dass bei instabilen Beckenfrakturen in etwa 5% der Fälle mit Fehlstellungen zu rechnen ist [12]. In der älteren Literatur [3, 4] finden sich sogar Angaben von 55–75% Pseudarthrosen und Fehlstellungen bei konservativer Therapie von Becken-C-Verletzungen [9].
