Zusammenfassung
Entscheidend für die erfolgreiche operative Stabilisierung des Kniegelenks nach Ruptur des vorderen Kreuzbandes ist die korrekte anatomische Positionierung des Kreuzbandtransplantats. Auch wenn beim vorderen Kreuzband anatomisch ein anteromediales und ein posterolaterales Bündel unterschieden werden und somit ein flächenhaftes Ansetzen an Femur und Tibia vorliegt, so gibt es doch einen allgemeinen Konsens über die Lage des tibialen und femoralen Insertionspunktes bzw. der Bohrkanäle zur Rekonstruktion des vorderen Kreuzbandes [4, 7, 13].
