Zusammenfassung

Ein Operationsroboter (ROBODOC) wird zur Implantation von Kniegelenktotalendoprothesen eingesetzt (Abb. 36.1). Dasselbe System ist seit 1994 in der Berufsgenossenschaftlichen Unfallklinik Frankfurt am Main im klinischen Routineeinsatz in der Hüftendoprothetik. Seit März 2000 ist die Knieendoprothetik ein weiteres Einsatzgebiet des Roboters.
