Zusammenfassung

Die allogene Stammzelltransplantation ist zu einem sehr gut etablierten Behandlungsverfahren in der Therapie verschiedener maligner und nichtmaligner Erkrankungen geworden. Prinzipielles Ziel dieses Therapieverfahrens ist es, fehlende, dysfunktionelle oder maligne entartete Zellen des lymphohämatopoetischen Systems des Empfängers durch das Hämatopoese-Immunsystem eines gesunden Spenders zu ersetzen.
