Zusammenfassung
Das gravierendste Problem, das bei den heute auf dem Markt befindlichen Perfusionsgeräten auftritt, ist die Thrombenbildung beim Kontakt des Blutes mit der fremden Oberfläche. Die Gerinnung wird klinisch durch Heparingabe aufgehoben. Die Heparindosierung ist abhängig von der Art und Anzahl der verwendeten Geräte, der Art des Verfahrens und dem Gewicht des Patienten. Bei vollständigem kardiopulmonalem Bypass (CPB) wird die ACT (Activated Clotting Time) des Blutes häufig auf ein Vier- bis Sechsfaches des normalen Wertes eingestellt.
