Abstract
The human eye contains structures with extremely different spin densities and relaxation times. Therefore NMR-Imaging is a powerful tool to differentiate such tissues. As the geometrical dimensions of these structures are far below 1 mm, it is necessary to use surface coils in order to get sufficient spatialresolution.
