Summary

RAMSES is a software system developed for the performance of parameter-selective proton NMR imaging. It is controlled by an interpretative command language and provides the following facilities: i. Data administration, ii. data evaluation, iii. graphical data representation, iv. parameter selection, v. image generation, and vi. image processing. The data administration is performed by the subsystem INFORMATION. It is a hierarchical structured data base system here described in detail.
