Zusammenfassung
In den letzten Jahren hat die Entwicklung von Transdermalsystemen reges Interesse gefunden, so daß zahlreiche Übersichtsarbeiten publiziert worden sind [1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9]. Ein transdermales therapeutisches System (TTS) ist eine kosmetisch akzeptable, selbstklebende, pflasterähnliche Applikationsvorrichtung zur äußerlichen Anwendung auf die Haut mit dem Ziel, durch transkutane Freigabe von Wirkstoff systemische Wirkungen zu erzielen. Der Transport des Wirkstoffs vom Anwendungsort zum Zielorgan erfolgt in jedem Falle über die Blutzirkulation. Wenn für einen empfohlenen Applikationsort nicht spezifische Resorptionsverhältnisse dokumentiert sind, kann aus der Nähe zwischen Applikationsort und Zielorgan auf psychologische Gründe geschlossen werden.
