Zusammenfassung

Ausgehend von einer interessanten Fallbeobachtung einer Makroglobulinämie Waldenström, fanden wir bei verschiedenen Krankheitsbildern einen überraschend häufigen Nachweis von μ-Kettenfragmenten im Urin.
