Abstract

This paper tries to provide a tentative and suggestive answer to the growing concern shared by many economists and most by economists specializing in the analysis of technological change about the kind of relationship presently in place between the asserted new technological revolution and the slowdown of productivity and growth experienced in the last years in most countries.
