Abstoßungsreaktion nach Endotheltransplantation (DSAEK) der Hornhaut

Zusammenfassung

Ein 67-jähriger Patient mit Fuchs’scher Endotheldystrophie kommt beschwerdefrei zur Jahreskontrolle nach einer lamellierenden Endotheltransplantation (DSAEK). Der Verlauf nach der Transplantation war immer problemlos mit einem rasch verbesserten Visus und einem reizlosen Auge. 8 Monate nach der Transplantation hat er die topischen Kortikosteroidtropfen (Dexamethason 0.1 %) selbständig gestoppt.
