Abstract

The Aharonov-Bohm effect in semiconductor quantum rings is considered with accounting for electron-electron interaction, spin-orbit coupling, influence of acoustic and electro-magnetic external fields. We discuss also oscillatory dependence of characteristic parameters of composite particles and collective excitations on external magnetic field.
