Literate Review on Firm Network Capability: A Process Perspective

Abstract

Networking growth based on outsourcing has become an important organizational mode of firm growth, firm network capability concentrates on reflecting elemental basis and managerial efficiency of outsourcing. This paper reviews relative literature of firm network capability at home and abroad, based on “process perspective” of network activities, it proposes a “process perspective” basic framework of firm network capability by refining content and feature, identifying constituent elements and dividing dimensions, combing influential factors and mechanism of action.
