Abstract
This chapter will discuss rare spinal disorders which have characteristic imaging findings and mainly involve bone or muscle. These include neuropathic arthropathy of the spine, abdominal aortic aneurysm causing vertebral body destruction, benign notochordal cell tumor, os odontoideum/ossiculum terminale, condylus tertius, Paget disease, rhabdomyolysis of the back muscles, and calcific tendinitis of longus colli.
