Zusammenfassung

Die Basisuntersuchung der Bildgebung der Thoraxorgane ist die Röntgenaufnahme im posterior-anterioren Strahlengang. Sie kann mit einer sehr geringen Strahlenexposition durchgeführt werden und erlaubt eine genaue und objektive Beurteilung des Lungenparenchyms, der Pulmonalgefße und der Mediastinalbreite, des Pleuraraums und der Brustwand mit den knöchernen Elementen.
