Abstract

University information is new thing after reforming and opening up 30 years of a dozen years, although started late, due to high starting point , and fast development , large demand and wide use , and soon become a necessity for school of teaching, and research, and management, making school of information construction develop quickly, which became an indispensable important part of school career development.
