Abstract

In general, symmetries at the tree level can be broken by quantum effects, that is, anomalies. We review anomalies of discrete Abelian and non-Abelian symmetries. Also the anomaly-free conditions are given explicitly for the discrete groups, which are studied in the previous chapters.
