Abstract

Everyone can remember how the Scarecrow would time and again save Dorothy, Toto, the Tin Man and the Lion with his quick wits and resourcefulness. And he did it all despite the apparently serious impediment of entirely lacking a brain. Although his head was stuffed with straw, he gave convincing evidence of a host of mental attributes.
