Zusammenfassung

Neben der Erfüllung verschiedener biomechanischer Kriterien muss der Katheter auch einen Blutfluss von mindestens 250–300 ml/min gewährleisten.

Prinzipiell ist zwischen temporären und permanenten Kathetern zu unterscheiden.
