Abstract
Design is a complicated labor-intensive process, not only does it involve mental work, but also manual labor. To a design and research institute, it is a complex issue to properly evaluate the heterogeneous workload for a deign-related job. Therefore, it is crucial to precisely calculate cross-enterprise, heterogeneous workloads to support business goals and service levels. This thesis focuses on the discussion of the relevant calculation methods as well as the decision support system for workload under a cooperative work platform.
