Abstract
Assume that \(f(x,y,z)= f^{\prime}(x,y),\) as in 9.1. Assume that \(f^{\prime}\, \rm{has}\, \sharp=\sharp(f^{\prime})\) local irreducible components, and let \(\mu=\mu(f^{\prime})\) be its Milnor number.
