Abstract
This article describes the urban land-use planning which comprises the preparatory land-use plan and the binding land-use plan, the content, the procedures, legal effects and the responsibility of the municipalities for the preparation of these plans, and the permissibility of development projects. In addition, the article contains the requirements concerning the building permission and the building permission procedure.
