Abstract
In the background where the market economy constantly improves and the social system gradually improves, to explore and research the role of private enterprise culture in sustainable development have important and far-reaching theoretical and practical significances. Based on the empirical analysis of the construction of private enterprise culture in Jinhua, the paper focuses on the status and the existing problems of the construction of private enterprise culture in Jinhua and proposes strategies on the construction of private enterprise culture in Jinhua.
