Abstract

There exist numerous types of business forms at different periods all over the world. This paper compares the stabilities of three business forms based on the decision-makers: Corporations with individual decisions (CIDs), multi-person decision corporations (MDCs) and stock corporations (SCs). Three business forms are first modeled as evolutionary graphs, respectively. By the existing results in the evolutionary graph theory (EGT), we then find that stock corporations (SCs) are more stable than MDCs while MDCs are more stable than CIDs.
