Abstract
Transient sensitivity information is useful in circuit design community. This paper investigates transient sensitivity computations of large-scale MOSFET circuits using Waveform Relaxation (WR). A novel method for sensitivity subcircuit computation is proposed, which is called Adaptive Direct Approach. Other time-saving techniques are also proposed. All proposed methods have been implemented and tested, and the results well justify their outstanding performance.
