Abstract

Due to the advantages of strong ability of treating waste water, high efficiency of biogas generating, less land occupied and energy saving. Internal Circulation(IC) anaerobic process is extensively used in the fields of wastewater treatment, methane generating and more fields. But this technology applied to pig farm wastewater treatment is just underway. Knowledge about the process control, influence facts of the biogas quantity and quality, relationship between the control parameter and the producing efficiency and so on are much less to know. A multi-parameter monitoring system used to monitor the react state in the internal circulation anaerobic process was developed. This system was applied to a pig farm wastewater treatment factory located at Yan Liang China. According to customer and the special environment of IC reactor, data acquisition circuit and the hardware and software of the system were designed. By means of this system the main parameters for reacting process control such as the temperature, pH value (pH), REDOX potentials (Eh) and liquid flow in the internal circulation system can be measurement on-line.
