Zusammenfassung
Bei etwa 30 % der übertragenen Schwangerschaften entwickelt sich ein Postmaturitätssyndrom, das durch eine Wachstumsabflachung, eine Dehydrierung, eine Abschilferung der Epidermis, gallengefärbtes Fruchtwasser und Fingernägel, eine fortgeschrittene Verknöcherung des Schädels sowie das Fehlen von Vernix und Lanugohaar charakterisiert werden kann. Das mit steigendem Gestationsalter zunehmend häufigere Oligohydramnion ist mit einer Zunahme mekoniumhaltigen Fruchtwassers und Mekoniumaspiration vergesellschaftet.
