Zusammenfassung
Die zerebrale Durchblutung des Feten ist in vielen Fällen von Interesse, weil dadurch physiologische Abläufe, Veränderungen im Sinne von adaptiven Regulationsmechanismen und natürlich auch Zeichen ablaufender pathologischer Prozesse beobachtet werden können. Die Dopplersonogramme der zerebralen Gefäße können fast immer mittels gepulstem Doppler (evtl. unter Zuhilfenahme des Farbdopplers) zuverlässig abgeleitet werden.
