Zusammenfassung

Ende der 60er-Jahre kommt es zur Einführung der Angerkamera, die dynamische Untersuchungen am Herzen ermöglichte. Ab Anfang der 70er-Jahre wurden erstmals Rest-and-stress-Studien mit Kalium und Rubidium durchgeführt. Mit der 99mTc-Radionuklid-Ventrikulographie wird die Abschätzung der globalen und segmentalen Ejektionsfraktion des linken Ventrikels möglich [142], [143]. Die 1972 eingeführte Tl-Myokardperfusionsszintigraphie (MSZ) markiert die breite klinische Anwendung
