Abstract
The chapter presents samples of metadata files for three different metadata profiles: Example 1 – ISO 19115 base profile (core), including metadata elements, which are mandatory or recommended by the standard Example 2 – INSPIRE profile, including metadata elements which are mandatory or recommended by the EU regulations Example 3 – Polish metadata profile for spatial data (developed by GUGiK) – an open standard
