Abstract

The article presents conceptual model and empirical research for evaluation of customer capital of the enterprise. The method is aimed not only for forecasting of turnover and return, but also for evaluating potential response to the enterprise efforts targeted for scoring customers and evaluation of stability of the customer capital. The compound index of customer capital is designed and tested by experimental research.
