Zusammenfassung

Die thermischen Verletzungen der Haut zählen zu den schwersten Verletzungen im Kindesalter. Einerseits hinterlassen solche Verletzungen entstellende Narben auf der Körperoberfläche, andererseits verursachen sie aber auch »Narben« in der Psyche eines Kindes und seiner Familie.
