Zusammenfassung

Erythrozyten tragen zahlreiche spezifische Merkmale (Antigene), die Immunreaktionen stimulieren und durch die Bildung von Antikörpern zur Immunhämolyse führen können. Der Nachweis und die Klassifizierung einer Immunhämolyse gestalten sich häufig schwierig, eine Verkennung der Diagnose jedoch kann bei einer schweren Hämolyse zum Tod führen.
