Zusammenfassung

Das Kapitel beschäftigt sich mit den entzündlichen und nichtentzündlichen Erkrankungen des Tubulointerstitiums, die entweder die Nierenrinde, das Nierenmark oder auch beide betreffen können. Neben allgemeinen Bemerkungen zur Ätiologie, Pathogenese, Klinik, Therapie und Klassifikation akuter und chronischer tubulointerstitieller Erkrankungen erfolgt eine detaillierte Darstellung der häufigsten Entitäten, wobei für die klinisch wichtigsten Erkrankungen jeweils makroskopische und mikroskopische Besonderheiten herausgearbeitet und diskutiert werden. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt darüber hinaus in der Abbildung charakteristischer morphologischer Befunde und der praktischen differentialdiagnostischen Abgrenzung ähnlicher Krankheitsbilder.
