Before I get started, let me pose a question to you: despite facing the financial challenges around the world, is this not an exciting time to be in this industry? Of course this is a rhetorical question because we know what the answer is. It is true that most countries were already facing a powerful convergence of environmental concerns, aging infrastructure, growing energy demands, and security challenges well before our current economic situation. But what clearly stands out is that since the crisis struck, nearly every leader around the world cites a 21st century energy system is at the center of their economic recovery and environmental protection plans
