Zusammenfassung
Thrombozytäre Mikropartikel (“platelet derived microparticles„, PMP) sind Mikrovesikel (Durchmesser 0,1–1 µm), die sich nach Aktivierung der Thrombozyten von deren Plasmamebran abschnüren. Dementsprechend sind verschiedene pathologische Situationen, die mit einer Thrombozytenaktivierung einhergehen, mit der Bildung und erhöhten Konzentrationen von PMP im Plasma verbunden.
