Zusammenfassung
Die Herz-CT wird primär für die Beurteilung der Koronararterien durchgeführt. Dennoch finden sich im CT-Datensatz auch detaillierte morphologische Informationen über die anatomischen Strukturen des Herzens. Folgende anatomische kardiale Strukturen sollten daher bei der Befundung einer Herz-CT mitbeachtet werden:

Die Herzhöhlen,

die Herzklappen,

das Perikard,

die Pulmonalvenen und

die Herzvenen.
