Es ist das Ziel eines jeden CI-Chirurgen, möglichst atraumatisch und schonend im Rahmen des operativen Vorgehens das Implantat und insbesondere die Elektrode einzusetzen, um so die Belastung für den Patienten möglichst zu minimieren bei gleichzeitig erhaltener, hoher Qualität der Versorgung.
