Abstract
A 43-year-old white man presented right hip pain for approximately 10 months related to nonspecific trauma. Findings at physical examination were normal.
Ten years earlier, a pigmented skin lesion resected from his shoulder was diagnosed as melanoma (Level I on Clark’s classification and 2.5 mm on Breslow’s classification).
