Zusammenfassung

Nebennierentumoren können sowohl im Rahmen von Routineuntersuchungen als auch bei uncharakteristischen Oberbauchbeschwerden zum Ausschluss von Leber-, Gallenwegs- oder Nierenerkrankungen (Herrera et al. 1991; Khafagi et al. 1991; Aso u. Homma 1992) als Zufallsbefund (Geelhoed u. Druy 1982; Copeland 1983) diagnostiziert werden. Solche Tumoren werden als »Inzidentalome« (Adrenalome; Linos 1989) bezeichnet.
